Highlight the topics that will be covered and let participants know when you’ll be holding the Q&A portion of the webinar. Follow the agenda closely and stay on track. Carefully select your topic/title/speaker based on your target audience’s interests and needs, as it relates to what your firm does. Generally speaking, webinars are intended to be educational—not “salesy”—so be sure that you create content that your audience finds helpful and valuable.
